Our products are hand made and hand bottled ,containing no added emulsifiers[starch/thickeners]. Adding an emulsifier aids the commercial bottling process, we know, because we  attempted to fill caramalized balsamic salad dressing at a commercial bottling plant, without xanthum gum in the recipe The dressing erupted volcano like out  the top ,the lid failed to go on ,then the labelling machine had a fit as the label slid off the bottle. The owner was sympathetic,he knew ,we had a lot of manual bottle filling ahead of us.
